Regional CEO and Franchise Owner
Judi has over 30 years of business experience in the accounting and healthcare industries, with a passion for connecting people to meaningful job opportunities. She finds immense satisfaction in making a real difference in the lives of those she serves—helping healthcare professionals find the right roles while supporting organizations that rely on their skills and dedication. Beyond work, Judi is an avid hiker with a dream of thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail. She’s also a big fan of watching Marvel movies and reading fantasy novels. Judi shares her home in the Atlanta area with her husband and their three Maine Coon cats—Georgia, Dusty, and Maisie—who keep life entertaining.
Sara McBride
Regional COO and Franchise Owner
Sara brings over 20 years of diverse experience to her role as the Director of Operations, combining her expertise in operational excellence and staff management with a passion for innovative problem-solving. Outside of work, she channels her creativity through ballroom dancing, painting, and cooking, and shares her home with her husband and their five beloved fur babies—two Ragdoll cats, two Papillons, and a rescued Pomeranian.
Trisha McDuffie
Director of HR and Milledgeville Branch Manager
Trisha joined ATC in 2010 and brings 40 years of human resources experience. While she was born in Tokyo, Japan, she has called Georgia home for most of her life. She is a lifelong Clemson Tigers enthusiast. Trisha is a strong advocate for Breast Cancer Awareness and Lyme Disease Awareness and she uses her voice to raise awareness about these important causes to make a genuine impact.
Elizabeth Brewer
Business Development
Elizabeth hails from Charlottesville, Virginia. She graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on healthcare management. Elizabeth has extensive experience in the staffing industry, encompassing both operations and sales, having progressed from administrative roles to Business Development Management in her previous positions. In her spare time, she enjoys beach trips, hiking to waterfalls, and reading thrilling novels. She is eager to enhance her expertise and help ATC achieve new milestones.
Kara Brown
Charleston Branch Manager
Kara has been with ATC since 2017 doing payroll and human resources. She has an extensive background in hospitality and restaurant management. Kara attended college at the University of South Carolina Upstate and graduated with a BA in Psychology. Living in Charleston, South Carolina, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys at the beach or outdoors as well as reading in her spare time.
Adam Christenson
Credentialing Specialist
Adam, with a background as a Healthcare Credentialing Specialist, brings three years of experience to the table. While originally from Southern California, he now calls middle Georgia home. When he’s not dedicated to onboarding top-notch healthcare professionals, Adam enjoys indulging his artistic side through drawing and painting. Adam’s greatest joy comes from spending quality time outdoors with his four amazing children.
Elizabeth Gray
Business Development Manager
Elizabeth moved from Utah to South Carolina nearly two years ago and now lives in the countryside just outside of Charleston. With over 20 years in sales, 11 of which were in healthcare staffing, she specializes in Business Development, Account Management, and Strategic Account Program Management. She shares her home with her husband, three of their nine children, and their beloved grand puppy. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hiking, kayaking, enjoying live music, baking something delicious, or giving back through local charities. She also loves to travel, and so far, Ireland has been her favorite adventure.
Bobbie Jean Goodman

Bobbie Jean has been part of ATC Charleston since 2019, returning after a 15-year career in elementary education with Dorchester District Two. Her teaching experience honed her skills in multitasking, communication, and teamwork. A Charleston native, Bobbie Jean graduated from the College of Charleston in 2004 and now enjoys life in the city with her husband and two children, staying busy with their many activities. She is passionate about helping others find the perfect opportunity and lives by the philosophy, “Love your work, and you’ll find pleasure in mastering it.”
Nakia Heyward
Atlanta Recruiter
Nakia, a Goose Creek, South Carolina native, has over 27 years of experience in healthcare. She joined ATC in August 2021 as an On-Call Coordinator and now serves as a Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator. Married with four children, two granddaughters, and a beloved fur baby, Nakia enjoys hosting events and spending time with family. Passionate about connecting with healthcare professionals, she lives by the mantra, “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.”
Ryan McBride
IT Manager
Ryan brings his 20-plus years of experience in project management and IT to the table. His skills in programming, automation, and workflow optimization are all part of his professional toolkit. At work, Ryan is known for his ability to enhance processes and introduce efficient solutions. When not immersed in the tech world, he enjoys reading and spending time with animals. Ryan’s approach to both his professional and personal life showcases a commitment to excellence and a love for continuous learning.
Elma Ocasio

Elma comes from a small town named Derventa in Bosnia and Hercegovina. During the Ex-Yugoslavian war in 1992, Elma and her family immigrated to Germany where she lived for 7 years. In 1999, Elma and her family settled in Georgia and have called it home ever since. She now lives in Acworth with her husband (Joe) and 2 kids (Daris and Jayla). Elma enjoys spending time with her family, working on small DIY projects around the house, and loves weekend trips to go sightseeing.
Sonia Pennell

With over 30 years of customer service experience, Sonia brings strong problem-solving skills to her role. A lifelong member of Highland Park Baptist Church, she enjoys the tranquility of southern life along the historic Cooper River in Berkeley County, SC. A key aspiration of hers is to visit Israel, as it holds great religious significance to her, and she hopes to experience firsthand the places that have played such an important role in her beliefs.
Christy Richard
Human Resources Associate
Christy grew up on a farm in Jones County, with her parents and brothers. In her early 20s, she moved to Wilkinson County, where she currently resides with her husband and pets. She loves and enjoys anything outdoors: lake days, camping, fishing and just enjoying time with her loved ones. On cold and rainy days, she enjoys crafts and making things with her Cricut and Sublimation printer. Her and her husband dream of one day, buying land, building their dream home and raising farm animals.

Jane has over 20 years of experience hiring, building teams, and processing payroll for multiple hospitality groups. Jane grew up in Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Biology where she was also an ASU Cheerleader. She currently resides outside of NYC with her husband, son, daughter, and four fur babies.
