Judi Tompkins

Regional CEO and Franchise Owner

Judi has over 30 years business experience in the accounting and healthcare industries. Helping people to find jobs in these times is incredibly satisfying for her. Judi is an avid hiker, and hopes to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail someday. Judi lives with her family in the Atlanta area.

Sara McBride 

Regional COO and Franchise Owner

Sara brings over 20 years of diverse experience to her role as the Director of Operations, where her expertise enriches her approach to operational excellence and staff management. Based in Atlanta, her leadership is characterized by innovative problem-solving and a commitment to quality placements, drawing on her global perspective and passion for diversity. Sara’s discipline from competitive ballroom dancing translates into her professional ethos, driving efficiency and empathy in meeting the complex needs of healthcare providers and professionals.

Trisha McDuffie

Director of Human Resources and Milledgeville Branch Manager

Trisha joined ATC in 2010 and brings over 38 years of human resources experience. While she was born in Tokyo, Japan, she has called Georgia home for most of her life. Trisha is a lifelong Clemson Tigers enthusiast.  Trisha is a strong advocate for Breast Cancer Awareness and Lyme Disease Awareness. She uses her voice to raise awareness about these important causes to make a genuine impact.

Sierra Baker 

Thomasville Branch Manager

Sierra, currently living in Cairo, GA is a proud mother of two wonderful children and a supportive figure for her younger brother. Her credentials as a certified Phlebotomist and Clinical Medical Assistant add a wonder perspective to her career in the healthcare sector.  Sierra finds immense joy in planning gatherings and cherishing moments with her children and extended family. Her daily aspiration is to be the source of someone’s smile.

Judith Berlin

Charleston Business Development Director

Judith Berlin grew up in North Carolina and moved to Charleston, South Carolina, for the summer after college, and never left. She got her Bachelor’s degree from UNC at Chapel Hill in Journalism but has spent her career in sales. For the last 26 years, she has worked in the pharmaceutical industry. Judith has two daughters, Maggie (25), who lives in Charleston and Helen (23), who lives in New York City.

 

 

Kara Brown

Charleston Branch Manager

Kara has been with ATC since 2017 doing payroll and human resources. She has an extensive background in hospitality and restaurant management. Kara attended college at the University of South Carolina Upstate and graduated with a BA in Psychology. Living in Charleston, South Carolina, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys at the beach or outdoors as well as reading in her spare time.

 

Adam Christenson

Atlanta and Charleston Credentialing Specialist

Adam, with a background as a Healthcare Credentialing Specialist, brings two years of experience to the table. While originally from Southern California, he now calls middle Georgia home. When he’s not dedicated to sourcing top-notch healthcare professionals for Georgia, Adam enjoys indulging his artistic side through drawing and painting. Adam greatest joy comes from spending quality time outdoors with his four amazing children.

Bobbie Jean Goodman

Charleston Recruiter

Bobbie Jean has been working for ATC Charleston since 2019. She returned to ATC after a 15-year hiatus in teaching. Bobbie Jean taught elementary school in Dorchester District Two and loved every minute of it. During that time, she learned to multi-task, become a good communicator, and work together as a team. Bobbie Jean is a Charleston native, graduating from College of Charleston in 2004. She lives in Charleston with her husband and two incredible children. Bobbie Jean enjoys spending time with them at home and out around town. They keep her very busy with all their many interests! Bobbie Jean looks forward to meeting your needs and helping you find the perfect opportunity! “Love your work, then you will find pleasure in mastering it”.

Nakia Heyward

Thomasville Recruiting Assistant

Nakia Heyward was born in North Charleston South Carolina but was raised in Goose Creek South Carolina, where she currently resides. For over 27 years, Nakia’s professional background has been in healthcare. She joined the ATC family in August of 2021 as an On-Call Coordinator and she recently transitioned to her new role as a recruiting assistant. Nakia is married with four beautiful children (three boys and one girl) and has two granddaughters and one fur baby. Nakia enjoys spending time with family and hosting and catering parties in her free time. Nakia enjoys meeting new people and being able to work with all the different healthcare professionals that have chosen this rewarding profession. She is a firm believer in, “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life”.

Lindsey Knutsen 

Atlanta Staffing Manager and Recruiter

Lindsey was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she currently resides with her boyfriend and two dogs. Lindsey has had the pleasure of wearing many different hats within the business office including recruiting, payroll, billing, and accounting. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with loved ones going to see live music, sightseeing, and trying new restaurants.

 

Ryan McBride

IT Manager

Ryan McBride brings his 20-plus years of experience in project management and IT to the table. His skills in programming, automation, and workflow optimization are all part of his professional toolkit. At work, Ryan is known for his ability to enhance processes and introduce efficient solutions. When not immersed in the tech world, he enjoys reading and spending time with animals. Ryan’s approach to both his professional and personal life showcases a commitment to excellence and a love for continuous learning.

Olivia McDuffie

Milledgeville Payroll Assistant and Office Clerk

Olivia is an Atlanta native but currently resides in the middle Georgia area. She received her Batchelor’s Degree in English Literature and is currently attending Georgia College and State University to obtain her Master’s Degree in English Literature. Olivia is a book and music enthusiast and enjoys attending concerts and spending time with her family, friends, and her Shih Tzu dog, Susie-Q.

Elma Ocasio

Atlanta and Charleston HR Assistant

Elma Ocasio comes from a small town named Derventa in Bosnia and Hercegovina. During the Ex-Yugoslavian war in 1992, Elma and her family immigrated to Germany where she lived for 7 years. In 1999, Elma and her family settled in Georgia and have called it home ever since. She now lives in Acworth with her husband (Joe) and 2 kids (Daris and Jayla). Elma enjoys spending time with her family, working on small DIY projects around the house, and loves weekend trips to go sightseeing.

Abigail Prater

Atlanta and Charleston Credentialing Specialist

Abigail has worked in the healthcare staffing industry for 9 years, and began her career while obtaining her English Literature degree. She and her husband reside in Georgia with their 6 pets. Her interests include animal rescue, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Christy Richard

Milledgeville and Atlanta Human Resources Associate

Christy Richard grew up on a farm in Jones County, with her parents and brothers. In her early 20s, she moved to Wilkinson County, where she currently resides with her husband and pets. She loves and enjoys anything outdoors: lake days, camping, fishing and just enjoying time with her loved ones. On cold and rainy days, she enjoys crafts and making things with her Cricut and Sublimation printer. Her and her husband dream of one day, buying land, building their dream home and raising farm animals.

Tom Rumble

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Tom brings over 25 years of B2B sales experience to ATC and has held high-level operational roles in large corporate structures and entrepreneurial start-ups. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys exploring the forests and waterways of Georgia with his son. Tom has a passion for volunteering and dedicates his free time to the well-being of others. He is an advanced meditator and traditional Hatha Yoga practitioner.

Sonia Pennell

On-call Agent

Sonia, a Charleston area native, is a life-long member at Highland Park Baptist Church in Hanahan, SC. She currently lives with her father, Michael 72yo, in Moncks Corner, SC with the Cooper River as their backyard. Sonia would love to say she cares for her father, but he still thinks he is young and does what he wants! Sonia raised her daughter, Faith, as a single mom.  Faith is now an adult and living on her own.  But Sonia and Faith keep their childhood alive by being passholders at Disney World, their home away from home.   Sonia dreams of one day going to Israel to visit Jerusalem to walk where Jesus walked.

Jane Torres

Charleston Payroll Manager

Jane has over 20 years of experience hiring, building teams, and processing payroll for multiple hospitality groups.  Jane grew up in Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Biology where she was also an ASU Cheerleader.  She currently resides outside of NYC with her husband, son, daughter, and four fur babies.

Rhonda Williams

Thomasville Recruiter

Born and raised in Thomasville, Georgia, Rhonda Williams still resides there with her husband and daughter. With over seven years of customer service experience, Rhonda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Valdosta State University. Rhonda’s interests include fishing, cooking, and quality time with her family. Her lifelong passion for helping others drives her enthusiasm to create positive experiences at ATC.

 

Valarie Yarborough

Charleston Senior Recruiter

Valarie Yarborough moved to beautiful Charleston in 2013 but is a North Carolinian at heart! Valarie’s professional background has been in the recruiting and healthcare industries for the past 17 years. She joined ATC Healthcare in September of 2015. Valarie loves the challenges of the healthcare staffing industry.
